Home Again Home Again

Well it took more than 2 weeks for me to leave the desert and get to my front door. Long trip home. But it is REALLY good to finally be home. I have a full plate of things that I need/want to do. I am hoping next week to be able to take Ellie out for her first hunt. We will see if that happens. I am going to Fresno to visit U. Ray and learn how to build custom cabinets. Jessica wants me to pour concrete or lay some stone in half of the side yard. That will be a huge project. But it is her only stipulation before I get a second dog. We decided that Ellie could use a friend to keep her a little more occupied. Jessica took me to a place called Mirr Woods. It is a small section above San Fran with red woods. That was the first time that we have ever seen those big guys. It was raining and the fog set in so we could not see the ocean from our 2 mile hike, but it was a good time none the less. It was nice to be in the forest again. Well I think that this is long enough. I will post some pics of our little trip soon.

Hunting

As you may (or may not) know, I am a hunting junky. I am missing out on the Malad hunt this year due to military obligation. Well, just because I am not there does not mean that it is not still on the fore front of my mind. Here is a picture that I came across and thought that I should share. I hope that you all enjoy! Forgot to tell y'all

I was looking over the many blogs that I know you guys have, and I realized that I did not tell you that I am officially edjamacated. I have obtained my Associates degree. I have a few more classes to go before I get my BA in Business Administration. So that is good. Jessica has done the same thing. Just thought that I would pass that on. Maybe someday it will pay off. I saw parts of Kris' wedding. Wish I could have been there. Looked like it was a good time. I am looking forward to coming home. Not much longer now. Well that is all for now. Still Here

Well if all goes as planed, I should be home this time next month! If you don't have anything to do, stop by our place. (open invitation to everyone!) Jessica is staying busy going to several concerts and playing with Ellie. I am very please to hear that she takes her to the park almost everyday after work. The photo is one that Jess sent me from a new dog park that she goes to. What a cute dog. I might be bi est. Looking forward to seeing everyone real soon.

Good day

So the BX here (the little American shop like walmart only worse) finally got some Arizona teas in stock. It is going to be a good day. If you have never had one, I suggest that you stop what you are doing and go buy some. I think that my favorite is the Arnold Palmer. They are delicious. I can't get those out here though. I only have about one month left. Looking forward to seeing y'all at Thanksgiving. Have a great day!!

Time for an update

Well it has been busier than it has in the past. But there is a little break right now, so I figured I will put something up here. The days go by fairly fast here. I try to study for promotion everyday. Some days are better than others. I also try to get to the gym after work. That is always a good way to end the day. Other than that, it is back to work to start it all over agian. A lot like "Ground Hog Day". But, I know what to expect that way I guess. I am really looking forward to spending Thanksgiving with my family this year. It has been too long since the last time we spent a holiday together. Well that is it for now. Changes to my Blog

Well I tried to make changes to the list of people but I could not find the option to sort the way I wanted. Oh well. I did find a neat thing to add though. As you can see, there is now a place on the right that inputs ideas that make you think and hopefully laugh. I thought it was a good idea. For now. Let me know what you think. It should change every time you log in or periodically. So look often and laugh a lot. Also enjoy the new poster.

This little blog spot enables me to get away from the daily grind, at least for a moment. Hey There.

Just thought that I would step away from my work for a minute and check my blog. Not much to report here. Still sand over here. I am able to talk to Jess for a few minutes almost every day. So that is nice. You probably don't belive me, but..... I still can't wait to leave. Hard to imagine I know. Well I better get back to work. Hope you like my picture update. Forgot!!!

My lovely sister brought up a good point. I already spoke with my mother and she said that Ellie can stay there. No need to worry yourselves. besides she is mostly well manored. (just dont leave bear rugs out) I also have a creat for her and Jess said that she will be able to take her to the park and on outings. All is good. Have a great day!

Having Fun!

I am still here and I hate to say it, but I am ALREADY counting the days. I am very much looking forward to spending some time with y'all over the holiday. It should be a great time. Lets get a list going with what everyone wants to bring. I know a good recipe for ham!!! I will also be working in some time to go archery hunting while I am there. You didn't think that I would skip a year did ya? Jess will be coming with me and staying the entire time ( if she put in for leave) so that will be nice. I will also have my little dog. Hopfully we can hunt some phesants or something while I'm there. We will have to see. Well that is it for now. I will talk to y'all soon.

Im Back

Hey everybody, I thought that I would tell y'all that I made it home the afternoon of the first. So now I get to spend a little bit of time with Jess before she leaves. Hope that everyone is doing good and I will talk to y'all later.

Twice in one Month!

I must be on a roll! Things are going good still. We are all starting to count the days till we go home. Hope that it comes soon. But it wont be soon enough. Jessica leaves in a week and I wont be able to see her till she comes home in June. So if anyone wants to come down and visit me that would be GREAT. It is just going to be Ellie and myself. Maybe the cat if Jess hasnt thrown her away yet. Well I better go see what my guys are doing. Hope that everyone is doing well and I will talk to y'all real soon.

Hello Everybody!

So I thought that I would check my blog and I see that I have not been on since November. A little has happened between now and then belive it or not. I am currently deployed. No pictures to post this time though. Not much to see anyhow. Still no deffinate date for me to come home. Oh well. Outside of that things are normal. Just as a reminder better do your taxes!
